I’m a mother who also works full time outside of the home, and have been a vegetarian for over 20 years. Cooking is a passion of mine- but being out of the house for 10 hours a day and coming home with a hungry toddler leaves little time for my favorite hobby during the week.
Over time I have combined my passion for vegetarian cooking with the practical needs of a busy parent’s life. This blog is dedicated to sharing healthy, fun, delicious vegetarian food that can often be made ahead.
I especially enjoy adapting old favorites to the veggie diet and tweaking recipes so they can be made ahead and prepped in under 20 minutes by busy, health concious chefs.
